The Producers

Our seven farms are all family-sized
and produce other Mediterranean products

  • olive oil, durum wheat, peaches, wine of Provence...
  • Crau lamb...

Crau Hay Export is over a thousand hectares of prairie hay from Crau, that is, nearly ten per cent of the total production of Crau AOC hay.
